Continued to submit and have works accepted for exhibition at the Williamson Art Gallery, Slatey Road, Birkenhead, Wirral.

2007

Commissioned by the owner of Hillbark Hotel to produce a painting for their sister hotel, The Leverhulme, Port Sunlight, Wirral.The finished work was displayed in the hotel’s dining room.

2007-2020

Attended life drawing classes at Melrose Hall, Melrose Avenue, Hoylake, Wirral.Tutor: Dennis Spicer.

2008

Sold another major painting to the owner of Hillbark Hotel, Frankby, Wirral, Merseyside.Title of Work: AbsenceMedium: Acrylic on canvas.

2010

Held a mini solo exhibition at Galleria Art Gallery Restaurant,503 Warrington Street, Rainhill, Prescot, South Liverpool.

2017

Submitted a painting titled The Painter’s Hands, which was accepted for publication in A5 Art Portfolio Magazine.Medium: Acrylic.

2018

Commissioned by Jay Aston (pop singer and Eurovision winner, member of Bucks Fizz) to create a portrait.Title of Work: Jay & Ted (featuring her dog)Medium: Oil on canvas.

2021

Commissioned by a pop music author to produce front and back cover artwork for a book titled In Perfect Harmony,a biography of the 1970s pop group The New Seekers. Although the painting was completed, the book was never published due to contractual issues. The finished piece, titled The Ruby Slippers (a homage to The Wizard of Oz), was later released as a limited edition print and sold at Rennies Art Shop, Bold Street, Liverpool, Merseyside.

2022

Entered a painting titled The Lovers (a homage to René Magritte),which was awarded 3rd Place (Bronze) by an American art website company.

2023 – Early 2024

Commissioned to produce a series of three pop art paintings:– Blondie – Cover Me with Kisses– David Bowie – Hush– ABBA – We Danced Beneath the MoonMedium: Oil on canvas.
